A:

Login to WebCenter.

Click the “My Settings” button at the BOTTOM of your screen in the blue bar -- and change your password to something you can remember.

Guide to Successfully Completing Job Applications

Arrive prepared with the information you need. Be sure to bring your resume, social security card, driver's license, etc. You probably will also need addresses and phone numbers of previous employers, as well as starting and ending salaries for each previous job. It's always better if have too much information than not enough.

Read and follow instructions carefully. Always take a few minutes to review the entire application. Some applications ask for information differently -- and all have specific spaces in which you are expected to answer questions. Think of the application as your first test in following instructions.

Q: What if I can't remember my User Name or Password? PDF Print E-mail

A:

Resetting User Name

Step 1  In WebCenter click “Forgot User Name”

Step 2: Input the “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” associated with your user account in WebCenter. (It is not case sensitive, but requires accuracy) [EX: do not enter Bob for Robert]  Click “Retrieve User Name”

Step 3:  If successful in entering in the accurate information matching up with their user record in Tempworks, WebCenter will prefill your User Name in the box provided sp that you may log in!

 Note: If you have not inputted the exact information associated with their WebCenter user account exactly you'll get this message.

No unique identity was found with this
information. Please contact the staffing company.

At this point they will contact a CSM who may refer to the Employee Record, address tab, and other subtabs in TWX to obtain and release to applicant their User Name & Password information.


Resetting Password

Step 1: In WebCenter click Forgot “Password”

Step 2:  Enter in your User Name (case sensitive). Then click “Generate New Password”

Step 3: You will receive an email from “ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ” with subject line of “Confirmation Email”

Click on “Reset my Password” link. This will generate another email which includes a new computer generated Password.

Step 4:  Second email will have subject line “Forgot Password?” Please note new password that is included in this Email!

Copy new password.

Click link “Click here to login to WebCenter

Enter User Name & new Password and login!!

 


If you have trouble with this process, please call your local Cardinal Services branch and a representative will be able to assist you.

 
Q. What do I do after I submit my application on-line? PDF Print E-mail

A. Continue to check our job board several times a week for changes in the job opportunities we have available.

You may be contacted by a Customer Service Manager to complete paperwork in one of our offices prior to an interview and/or placement.

 
Q. How do I apply for a specific job that's NOT on the Job Board? PDF Print E-mail

A. When you fill out the application, you are entered into our database. If there is a specific job that you are applying for that is not on the job board, please contact your local Cardinal Services office.
