DIRECT DEPOSIT FORM

Direct deposit is a banking option that allows for the transfer of funds without the hassle associated with paper checks.

Setting up Direct Deposit: Come into your local Cardinal office with a VOIDED check or a print out from your bank showing the account and routing number you would like your check to be deposited to.

It may take a pay period or two for direct deposit to kick in. After it does, instead of your regular paycheck, you will receive a voucher from Cardinal stating how much was deposited to your account. The voucher will look similar to a real check, with all the same information on taxes, benefits and other deductions, that were on your paper paycheck.
